Achieving your goal

With the hectic lives we live nowadays, no one has much time for anything other than work, projects and family. We’re committed to so much that anything out of our “regular” schedule will very seldom be taken care of.

If we want to engage in something (whatever it may be) that is not at the top of our priority list, but we know we should or would like to do it, then we absolutely must MAKE the time for it. You must commit or it’ll never get done.

There are a few key words that are associated with success, and commitment is one of them; if you do not commit, you will not succeed, period.
My business is solely based on dedication; I have a 12 week body makeover program in which a member has to commit to its full length. Therefore, the success rate is phenomenal. Of course, I have to dedicate myself fully to make sure that the clients are satisfied beyond all expectations with their results so they keep using my services after those 12 weeks are over. It makes total business sense to me on my end but it also reenforces my point that if you prioritize, and are very mindful with your planning and commitment, you will achieve your goals. Life is all about priorities, dedicate yourself to those most dear to you and the rewards will be abundant.

My suggestion to you is that your health should be high up on that list as I am in total agreement with the old saying that your health is your first wealth. Of course family, friends and career take as much or more dedication but if you invest in your health, then you’ll live a more productive life and you will share a much better quality of life with your loved ones. You’ll be able to actually enjoy everything you have achieved in life, plus, you’ll set example for your loved ones who will admire, appreciate and might even want to join you in a healthy/fit lifestyle.

Fitness doesn’t necessarily require you to change your whole lifestyle around, we’re creatures of habit and avoid changes so that’s why I have formulated a system that allows the individual to apply my program into their lifestyles at their own pace and not impose my program onto them.

I highly encourage everyone regardless of what quest they get into to just commit to things they know they’ll be able to follow through with; of course, you need to step out of your comfort zone but not to create an abrupt and/or harsh change. I have seen so many people fail even though they had the best of intentions – pick your battles and tackle them to win.
