Bikini body

If you don’t want to cover up in the summer and fitting into a bikini is your goal, then you must consider the following:

1- how much time in advance are you giving yourself?
Honestly, the more in advance you prepare, the more chances you’ll have to reach your desired shape without having to kill yourself working out and dieting.

Simple fact, if you give yourself enough time, then you will not have any surprises and disappointment with your quest, you’ll have plenty of time to address any trouble area that may be of a concern.

2 – Cardio alone is NOT the answer.
Most women equate fat loss with cardio, sure, it does help most people (not all people) but cardio alone will not reshape the body and give that youthful lifted look like residence training does.
If you want to tone up, then you MUST lift weights! The lifted look, comes from lifting weights period! If you want a rocking bikini body, you must build lean muscle tone and lose body fat by eating just what you’re going to use for energy and NOT any extra, otherwise, you WILL store it as body fat! Cardio alone may burn some fat but it will not get rid of the flab, the trouble areas that plague so may women.

3 – work your whole body but focus on your lower body
I can’t over emphasize the importance of proper form so you can really isolate all muscles of the lower body at least once a week, specially the glutes – a well trained butt will lift not only your behind, it’ll lift your whole thigh.

I suggest you to start a beach body training at least 3-6months before you’re going to wear a bikini, the longer you train for it the easier it’ll be for you to achieve your dream body. Make sure you see and log your results on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness of your program and to stay motivated – working out and not seeing continuous results will destroy your motivation.
