How is Rodsquad different from other gyms?

We know that you can go to almost any gym and choose from a wide variety of group classes they have available every day of the week. At Rodsquad, we have decades of experience getting the best results specifically for women. We know what works and that’s what we focus on.

Rodsquad is a comprehensive program that has evolved and improved over two decades, and it’s been designed specifically for women to get the most effective workouts with the best results! That’s why we don’t have a huge class schedule with a lot of variety. There’s no reason to take different types of fitness classes. Rod has already developed the winning formula.

What is the Rodsquad class like?

Rodsquad uses strength training, weight lifting, circuit training and cardio to maximize results. Each class is totally unique and builds upon the one before to give you a comprehensive program. You will never be bored in a Rodsquad class! Since every workout is custom-designed with decades of experience and the female body in mind, you will see incredible results. No other group fitness program can compare.

Do I need to register to attend a class?

For members, advance registration is not required and they can attend any class they choose. If it’s your first time at Rodsquad, please call or text 561-305-8840 to let us know which class you’re coming to and we’ll be happy to answer your questions. All participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before class time for warm up.

Do you offer private personal training?

Yes! In addition to regular classes, we offer one-on-one personal training. Rod is one of the most experienced, well-known trainers in the area and he works individually with clients to help them achieve incredible results. The personal training workouts are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

How about private group training?

Yes! We can develop a private class program for up to 4 ladies. Contact us for details.

What about nutrition?

Nutrition is a huge part of what we do! Every transformation program begins with a consultation, an inbody assessment and a one-on-one meeting to discuss your fitness and nutrition goals. At that time, you’ll receive customized suggestions, as well as the Rodsquad guidelines.

What’s the price for a membership?

Our monthly membership includes unlimited classes and runs month-to-month with no down payment. Please call for current pricing.

Do I have to sign a membership contract?

Since our membership is month-to-month, you are not contractually obligated to continue your membership for any specific length of time. Although we encourage our members to commit to our program for at least 3 months, you can cancel or pause your membership whenever you want by emailing billing@rodsquad.com. Every member is required to sign a membership agreement, which states that you will provide 30 days written notice to cancel your monthly membership, whether or not you attend classes.

How can I cancel or pause my membership?

Just send an email to billing@rodsquad.com.

Please provide written notice of any membership changes at least two weeks before your next billing date. Without ample notice, we cannot guarantee changes will take effect before your next billing.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Please do not commit to any of our programs unless you are ready.

What’s the formula for best results?

  1. CONSISTENCY:
    Clients who see the fastest and most dramatic results are the most consistent! Show up to class on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and your body will definitely transform. You might not see the results for a few weeks and then suddenly you will notice that you’ve dropped a dress size or your significant other is noticing the difference.
  2. NUTRITION:
    You need nutrition to fuel your body for these intense workouts! We recommend beginning each meal with a large portion of deep greens (spinach, kale, arugula) to fill you up and fuel you. Do not try to deprive your body of what you are craving. Instead, add what your body needs – nutrient dense foods. “You can’t out train diet!”
