So you never feel lost, confused or alone again.
In-Person Premium Training Program Details:
- Focused strength training workouts, developed specifically for women. All low impact exercise, with no running, jumping or jarring on joints. This is a progressive results-oriented program, delivered in a supportive, hands on environment 3 times each week.
- No sharing of equipment. Each woman will have her own private station with state-of-the-art equipment for the entire session. There's no timer, so you can truly go at your own pace. Your workout will be customized to your goals and fitness level.
- Maximum of 5 participants in each training group to ensure quality of service. All exercises are supervised to ensure excellence. We are absolute sticklers about proper lifting technique and form, so there's no chance for injury.
- Built in accountability, nutritional coaching and full support, with progress tracking and personalized 1-on-1 coaching to help you achieve your desired result.
- Select your time slot, so you'll always workout at the same time, with the same group of women. And you'll never have to go online to reserve classes in advance. Your space is guaranteed for you.

What's the Rodsquad® Difference?
It seems like there's a gym on every corner, so you might be wondering why Rodsquad® is different.
- FEMALE-SPECIFIC TRAINING: Our program has been designed over the past 20 years specifically for women, and especially for women over 40. Our program is designed to build an hourglass shape, with lots of emphasis on the glutes (it's the foundation of the spine!) for metabolism, stability and aesthetic reasons. In a female-specific program, you never have to worry about "getting bulky" or building muscle in areas you wouldn't want.
- A PROVEN STRATEGY: No matter who is training you on a given day, your workout is part of an overarching strategy developed and perfected by Rod over the past 20 years, specifically for women, especially for women over 40. In a typical gym, the trainers will put you through random workouts to keep you entertained. While all exercise is better than nothing, random workouts yield significantly slower results than a proven, strategic program that's been personalized to you.
- PERSONAL TRAINING: Our semi-private training is basically personal training for half the investment. In this intimate environment, we're able to provide personalization and supervision you never imagined possible. The trainer will be watching your every move and correcting your form, because proper lifting technique is how we prevent injury and maximize results. A group fitness environment cannot come close.
- STICKLERS ON PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE: We specialize in working with women over 40. Most of our clients come with pre-existing injuries, so we are the absolute experts on tailoring workouts and teaching proper technique to eliminate the chance of injury and accelerate your progress.
- ALL LOW IMPACT: High cardio/ high intensity workouts wreak havoc on female hormones, reduce the opportunity for muscle development and often lead to injury. Every workout at Rodsquad® is low impact, with absolutely no running, jumping or jarring on the joints.
- MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT ONLY: Our program creates a change in body composition as you lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass at the same time. Our goal here is very specific. We'll increase your muscle mass, build your strength and make you look good naked.
- YOUR PRIVATE STATION: You'll be in your own private station (you even have your own private mirror!) for the entire hour, with no sharing of equipment whatsoever. This is very clean, and unlike circuit training or group fitness classes, it allows you to truly go at your own pace. It doesn't matter if you've never worked out in your life and the person next to you is super advanced. It's you against you.
- PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING: Do you have a prior injury or area of concern we need to work around? Have a wedding coming up and really want to work on your arms? No problem. We'll customize your workouts to you and your goals. We do not believe in "one size fits all" fitness!
